4. Emerging Leader Award
Acknowledges professionals under age 35 who demonstrate remarkable leadership and significant potential for future impact.

Prestigious award honoring exceptional individuals whose careers have significantly influenced business, ethics, and society over decades.

An Honorary Board Member is a distinguished individual recognized by IABP for their exemplary leadership, global influence, and meaningful contributions to business communities or society at large. Although this position holds no formal governance responsibilities, Honorary Board Members provide strategic advice, enhance IABP’s global presence, and advocate for the organization’s mission.
Criteria:
Demonstrated outstanding leadership or professional achievement.
Alignment with IABP’s core values of integrity, innovation, and community impact.
Willingness to represent and support IABP publicly.
An Honorary Trustee represents one of IABP’s highest forms of recognition, awarded to individuals who have made substantial and lasting contributions to the advancement of the organization and its mission. This prestigious, symbolic title acknowledges extraordinary commitment, philanthropy, stewardship, or guidance provided over an extended period. While trustees do not actively govern the organization, their legacy and commitment play an inspirational role for current and future members.
Criteria:
Exceptional contributions to IABP through philanthropy, strategic guidance, or significant advocacy.
Deep, sustained alignment and involvement with IABP’s mission and initiatives.
Recognition of exemplary personal integrity, leadership, and professional stature.

Step-by-Step:
Nomination Submission
Members and community stakeholders submit nominations using online forms on the IABP website.
Criteria Review
Transparent, detailed criteria are publicly available, ensuring clarity on qualifications for each award.
Evaluation & Selection
A dedicated Awards Committee (comprised of distinguished members, industry experts, and IABP leadership) evaluates nominations rigorously and fairly.
Award Announcement
Public announcement through a ceremony, press releases, and digital channels, with significant media outreach.

Annual Awards Ceremony: Annually each November. Quarterly award winners become finalists in a multitude of categories.
